Who we are

This website is run by Irbix Cyber Security (“Irbix”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests: support@irbixsecurity.com.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, organisation (optional), topic, message (optional) and the date and time you choose.
• When you book a career consultation: your name, email address, the plan you choose, your area of interest, your notes (optional) and the date and time you choose.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly, in memory and for at most one hour, to limit how many requests one address can send. It is not stored with your booking.

Why we use it

• To arrange and hold the meeting you asked for: confirming it, sending you the meeting link and contacting you about it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the site and our inbox from abuse and spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't use your data for marketing, don't sell it, and don't use it for automated decisions.

Who processes it for us

• Render: hosts the website.
• Supabase: stores bookings in a database in the EU.
• Brevo: sends the confirmation emails.
• Cloudflare: delivers and protects the website.
• Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si): runs the video call, only when you join it.

Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Booking and consultation records are deleted automatically 365 days after the meeting date. Emails about your booking stay in our mailbox only as long as needed to deal with your request.

Cookies and tracking

We use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Your language choice (EN/BG) is saved in your own browser's local storage. Fonts are served from this website, not from third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and for a copy in a portable format. Write to support@irbixsecurity.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian data protection authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
